EXCITING NEWS!!! Dylan’s Grove is now being expanded to add Phase 2A, featuring nine estate size lots, mostly in the 2 ¾ to 3 ¾ acre range. The homesites are open and level and the forty acres comprising Phase 2A is surrounded by a stand of huge, mature oak trees in the 100 foot wide common area buffer around the perimeter of the community. There will be a 6 foot wide paved jogging trail, meandering through the wooded buffer; totaling about 2 ½ miles along the trail through Phase 1 and 2A. The sale of this lot is conditioned upon the Buyer participating in an exchange where the Seller exchanges this lot for one of the available lots in Dylan’s Grove, Phase 2A. The process will be of no consequence to the Buyer as they buy the Phase 2A lot selected by Seller and exchange for the Phase 1 lot at the closing.
